We received an order for a compression packaging machine from a customer in Spain. The customer's product is a springless mattress, but the conventional machine's thrust is only 2 tons. Switching to a hydraulic system will significantly increase the cost. How should we handle this?
We recommend that customers increase their budget appropriately; we will customize the dual-cylinder system to a 4-cylinder system and increase the compression area. Try to shorten the delivery period as much as possible.
Before the shipment, the customer came to inspect the machine and gave positive feedback on its appearance and quality, as well as acknowledging our service.
