Our upgraded quilt filling machine introduces practical refinements built on the proven base model, directly addressing factory efficiency, operator comfort and lead-time pressure for bedding manufacturers.
The most notable upgrade is the 360° rotating PLC control head. Operators can shift the HMI/PLC unit to their working side freely instead of adjusting positions around the machine. This eliminates awkward reaching, cuts fatigue and supports smoother single-person operation over long shifts.
We have enlarged the worktable to accommodate larger quilt shells. A non-slip safety fence is fitted to prevent fabric slippage during grid-by-grid filling, keeping alignment consistent and reducing rework caused by shifting covers.
The machine retains our reliable 1-nozzle, 4-scale cyclic weighing configuration. Continuous weighing cycles feed the single filling nozzle steadily, delivering faster throughput. Under normal conditions, one quilted grid quilt can be finished every 2 to 3 minutes. Steady weight cycling improves consistency while raising daily output without extra staffing.
We also streamlined pre-shipment procedures. Once factory testing completes, the unit can be disassembled and shipped on the same day. There is no unnecessary hold-up after inspection, so clients receive equipment sooner and start production faster.
These updates target real workshop pain points: easier human-machine interaction, better fabric handling, stable speed and shorter wait times. For factories producing quilted bedding in batches, the upgrade balances operational ergonomics, filling accuracy and capital turnover.
