To all valued global customers, distributors and partners,
As one of China’s most time-honored intangible cultural heritage festivals, the Dragon Boat Festival (also named Duanwu Festival or Double Fifth Festival) is approaching. Falling on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month every year, this grand traditional celebration carries a history of more than 2,000 years and was inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2009, winning worldwide recognition.
The most well-known origin story of the Dragon Boat Festival honors Qu Yuan, a loyal, patriotic poet of the Warring States Period. Heartbroken by the decline of his homeland, Qu Yuan drowned himself in the Miluo River. Local villagers rowed boats frantically to search for him and threw glutinous rice dumplings (zongzi) into the water to stop fish from eating his body. These heartfelt acts gradually evolved into core festival traditions: dragon boat racing and eating zongzi. Apart from these two iconic customs, Chinese families also hang wormwood and calamus at doorframes to ward off pests and bad luck, drink realgar wine, and weave colorful silk sachets filled with herbal spices, all symbolizing health, peace and blessings for the whole family. In recent decades, dragon boat races have spread overseas, with large-scale events held in Europe, Southeast Asia and North America, turning this Chinese folk custom into an international outdoor sport full of vitality.
To allow our full factory, warehouse and logistics teams to enjoy this cultural festival with their families, we hereby release the official holiday schedule for your advance planning: our factory and offline shipping warehouse will suspend all physical delivery and order packing services from June 19 to June 21, 2026. All offline shipment work, including goods loading, customs declaration and courier dispatch, will fully resume on June 22 (Monday).
We want to emphasize that although physical shipping will pause temporarily, our customer service and sales business will keep running without interruption throughout the three-day holiday. Our online sales team will stay on duty to reply to your emails, website messages, WhatsApp and inquiry forms within 12 hours. For clients who plan to place new orders, our engineers and sales specialists can still send you product catalogs, technical parameters, customized solution quotations and factory video introductions as normal. If you have urgent technical consultation, after-sales issues or bulk order negotiation demands, feel free to contact our dedicated account managers via mobile phone at any time.
For orders completed payment before June 18, our warehouse will prioritize finishing packing and delivery before the holiday cutoff to avoid waiting. Orders submitted and paid during June 19–21 will be sorted, packed and shipped immediately once we return to work on June 22, and we will send tracking numbers to your registered email without delay. We sincerely apologize for any minor logistics delay brought by the holiday break and appreciate your generous understanding and long-term trust in our brand.
As we embrace the Dragon Boat Festival, we send our sincere wishes of health, joy and prosperity to every customer across the globe. We will keep delivering stable, high-quality equipment and thoughtful one-stop service after the holiday, and look forward to deeper win-win cooperation with you in the future.
